This fan is so beautifully made and is just the most gorgeous addition to my master bedroom. The wood matches perfectly and it just cools the whole room. It is quiet and the installation was seamlessly simple. Thanks Timber Fans
WOW Fantastic service and delivery from Timber Fan in Knysna. Order placed on the Thursday delivered to Hartbeespoort North West Province on the Monday morning. We have purchased before from them and were always dealt with in a professional manner. 5 star Product and Service. Highly recommend this company.
Really great service. I thoroughly recommend Timber Fans. Both for the quality of their fans but also for the after sales service on motor (capacitor) replacement. Well done Timber Fans!
Absolutely fantastic customer service from the Timber Fans team, pre and post sales. The product we procured, Solano, is very well made and surprisingly quiet in it's operation. I can highly recommend Timber Fans and the product.
This place offers amazing service, with the quality of the goods supplied by far outperforming other competitor products. They even supply loose parts for your fan, should something break in the future. Also, if you have a very high ceiling for the mount, they offer custom length rods - so amazing. You will not regret investing in their products. Also, they courier to remote areas, with the contents not showing any fatigue on arrival. Amazing!
It was a pleasure to work with Brad at timber Fans Plett. His fans are top class and the service professional and quick. We had 3 fans delivered in Franschhoek that were totally quiet and effective as well as very decorative. I recommend Brad and Timber Fans!
Astounding customer service. I ordered my fans just before builders holidays in December, and they were dispatched immediately and arrived beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, due to the structure of our roof, they could not be installed, so I had to return them in the new year. We're so sad not to have been able to install our fans, but wanted to recognise outstanding customer service in that the fans were credited immediately when they were returned. Highly highly recommended company!
I have been dealing with Timberfans now for a few years and have ordered and installed 5 fans in my solar powered house in the bush. Brad and team delivers exceptional customer service, and their product is the best out there. Excellent quality and great customer service.
Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish and my fan adds a sense of style and glamour to my living area
Timber Fans have been a pleasure to deal with, great quality product - the aesthetics always raise a question from friends - "wow great fans" . They run so silently and no wobbling or vibrating!! great people to deal with..... highly recommended.
