This place offers amazing service, with the quality of the goods supplied by far outperforming other competitor products. They even supply loose parts for your fan, should something break in the future. Also, if you have a very high ceiling for the mount, they offer custom length rods - so amazing. You will not regret investing in their products. Also, they courier to remote areas, with the contents not showing any fatigue on arrival. Amazing!

Astounding customer service. I ordered my fans just before builders holidays in December, and they were dispatched immediately and arrived beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, due to the structure of our roof, they could not be installed, so I had to return them in the new year. We're so sad not to have been able to install our fans, but wanted to recognise outstanding customer service in that the fans were credited immediately when they were returned. Highly highly recommended company!
