{"id":9450,"date":"2025-08-24T09:43:01","date_gmt":"2025-08-24T09:43:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timberfans.com\/usd\/?post_type=oa_faq&#038;p=9450"},"modified":"2025-08-24T09:43:03","modified_gmt":"2025-08-24T09:43:03","slug":"what-is-your-returns-and-replacement-policy","status":"publish","type":"oa_faq","link":"https:\/\/timberfans.com\/usd\/?oa_faq=what-is-your-returns-and-replacement-policy","title":{"rendered":"WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UNWANTED PRODUCT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Timber Fans will take back and replace or refund any unwanted product supplied, provided the following is observed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have communicated to us your wish to return an item within 21 days of initial delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product you are returning is in resalable condition; free of scratches, blemishes or modifications of any kind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All components, manuals and parts are returned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is returned in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is inspected\/tested by us on return and found to be fault-free.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Freight and Insurance costs for a return and a replacement will be for your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Custom-designed fans are not accepted for return unless they can be converted back to a standard product with the cost of conversion borne by you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FAULTY PRODUCT OR INCORRECT SUPPLY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Occasionally a new product has a fault on arrival or is felt to be the wrong product specification.&nbsp;If this happens, then our policy is to replace the faulty part(s) only. In this case, the faulty part must be returned to us for testing.
