Different ceiling heights require a longer or shorter ceiling fan down rod. Generally speaking, a ceiling fan should be positioned between 2400mm – 2800mm from the floor (and never below 2300mm).

The Sirocco, Monaco and Solano ranges come standard with a 150mm down rod making the overall length of the unit from mounting point to base of fan approximately 300mm – 320mm.

Select a standard 15cm rod or a longer 60cm or 120cm rod to provide your room with the best airflow. Longer rods (60cm and 120cm) are supplied with the necessary extra length wiring.
